Our Policy
PREPAID:
You must make a deposit in advance by bank transfer to guarantee your reservation. After booking, the property will contact guests with instructions for making the transfer.
PAYMENT:
Payment is made directly at the establishment in cash or Credit Card.
Check In: 15: 00H and Check Out: 10: 00H
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, you must inform in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The money made to reserve the apartment is not refunded.
You must inform the establishment at least 15 days before your arrival.
NO PRESENTATION POLICY:
In case of no-show without informing 15 days before, as indicated in the previous section, you must pay the total amount of the stay.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY:
Children under 2 years FREE.
Children over 3 years old, pay as adults, must pay the price stipulated by the establishment.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount and must be paid separately upon arrival.
